Janet Navvuga Bugembe, with 19 years of experience, is a class executive director at Cinq Diamandes Group, specializing in eco-friendly products and event management. A seasoned entrepreneur and mentor, she has inspired over 300,000 youths worldwide and served on multiple boards, including Uganda Aviation School and Palle Moeller Foundation. Her initiatives, such as The Mentorship Class and Journey to the Boardroom, aim to develop young leaders and revolutionize Uganda’s boardrooms, impacting hundreds across the world.

Andrew Bugembe is a versatile business owner skilled in Electrical Engineering, Law and Tax. With a focus on seizing new opportunities, negotiating contracts, ensuring legal compliance, optimizing tax strategies, and crafting effective marketing plans, Andrew has established businesses across East Africa. He excels in solving complex business problems and has impacted over 200,000 young individuals as a mentor, inspiring them to reach their fullest potential.

Rhona Akampa is the Chief Executive Officer of The Mentorship Class, where she leads strategic planning, program development, and community growth for the six-month leadership and entrepreneurship program.

She is a law student at Makerere University with a strong interest in governance, leadership development, and mentorship. Rhona’s work centers on empowering young leaders to embrace purpose-driven growth, ethical leadership, and creative innovation across Africa.

Divine Muzaki

Divine Muzaki serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Mentorship Class, where she oversees program coordination and strategic growth initiatives that nurture leadership, innovation, and personal development among youth.

She is a Business Administration student at Makerere University Business School, combining her academic background with hands-on experience in leadership, design, and project management.

Divine has also engaged in global youth development and sustainability initiatives, collaborating with international peers to advance impactful community solutions. Driven, organized, and purpose oriented, Divine is passionate about building meaningful partnerships that strengthen TMC’s mission of developing value driven, future ready leaders across Africa.

Emanzi Micky

Emanzi learns and practices creative writing, performance poetry and art full time, then in his free time, pursues a Bachelors of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering. He believes every person is a book waiting to be written, which fuels his love for networking and connecting, since he also believes that we are social beings, made to care and connect.

Kuteesa David serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The Mentorship Class, where he oversees financial planning, resource management, and strategic fundraising to support the organization’s mission of empowering young leaders. He is a Bachelor of Commerce student at Makerere University and also serves as the Finance and Fundraising Manager at Pulse for Change. Passionate about financial stewardship, data analysis and youth development, David combines analytical precision with a commitment to creating sustainable impact.
